New homes and solar permits by area, for network and grid planning

For network and grid planners.

A cable company choosing where to extend its network, or a utility estimating load, needs to know where new buildings and solar systems are going in. Puller places each Nevada permit on the map with its census tract and ZIP, and tags new construction, solar, battery storage and EV chargers.

Pull a region's permits as CSV with only the columns you need, then count them by tag, month and tract in your own tools. A box or a radius narrows the pull to a service area.

Questions

Can I count new-home and solar permits by area in Nevada?

Yes. Puller places Nevada permits on the map with a census tract and ZIP, and tags new construction and solar work. Filter /v1/permits by tag, region, ZIP, a box or a radius around a point, then count by month to plan network builds or estimate grid load ahead of interconnection.
