Permit history, owner and sales for a Nevada address in one call

For investors, homebuilders, brokers and proptech.

A listing page or an underwriting model needs the work done on a house, its owner and what it last sold for. Puller joins each Nevada permit to its Assessor parcel, so a parcel number or a street address returns the property's permits, owner, sales and the trades that worked on it.

In the City of Las Vegas a property also carries its planning cases. Each permit comes with its flood zone where FEMA maps one, and its census tract.

How their system uses the API

Address lookup

The listing page looks up an address or parcel number when it loads and shows the property's permits, owner and sales beside the listing.

Example request

curl "https://api.pullerdata.com/v1/properties?address=495%20S%20Main%20St&region=las_vegas" \
  -H "x-api-key: YOUR_KEY"

Finds the properties at a street address in Las Vegas. Each match has a parcel_id, and /v1/properties/{parcel_id} returns the summary, one row per trade, the parcel's facts, its sales and a page of its permits.
