Puller collects Nevada's building permits into one format
Puller is a building-permit data service run by Stateful Partners. We read the permit records that cities and counties publish, join each permit to its contractor and its parcel, and serve the result by API and as data files.
What Puller is
Nevada's permit offices run on many different permit systems, among them Accela, Tyler EnerGov, SmartGov and ArcGIS map services, and each one names its fields differently. We read the 14 we cover, line them up in one format and join them to two other public records: the Nevada State Contractors Board licence register and the Assessors' parcel and owner files. Where a field is missing, the coverage page says so and gives the reason.
What we cover
We hold 115,257 permits issued in the 365 days before from 14 Nevada cities and counties, home to about 95% of Nevadans (US Census Bureau, ACS 2020-24). Start with the Nevada hub or read the API docs.
Beyond Nevada
The same API already serves the City of Austin, Texas. We add places one at a time, and requests help set the order. Tell us which state and places you need.
